The hotel staff greeted me with stroopwafels. The room included good soundproofing, this ensured a quiet experience. I enjoyed the rooftop and its views. The location was super accessible, right beside the station.

the hotel is very close to a major train station plus tram and bus lines so it was easy to go to the city center the staff was very helpful the hotel room included a fridge replenished daily with soft drinks i found that a great touch
i could not find a parking place close to the hotel i had to park at the garage for 45€ per day this was quite expensive and inconvenient

the reception team was friendly and helpful they provided a thoughtful gesture with extra amenities i hadn't even requested the staff ensured a pleasant and accommodating atmosphere throughout my stay

The room had a decent size. It was very clean
I had issues with the rooftop bar. It seemed detached from the hotel. the manager didn't seem professional, and guests had to pay a deposit to book a table, which i found quite annoying

This hotel is so close to the metro. You get to the city center super fast! the free minibar had juice and water i really liked. i enjoyed the 24-hour self-service kiosk in the lobby, it had all the snacks i needed. the hotel had a modern look i really liked.
the restaurant experience wasn't the best, i expected a little more. the chicken seemed undercooked, but everything else was good.

The lobby is spacious and large. It includes usb and type-c charging ports. a skybar is on top of the hotel. It has a live dj. i loved the consoles that were available for the kids to use.

The metro station is a one-minute walk with a new york pace. it is super easy to take the train straight from the airport to the hotel. also there is a grocery store at the end of the block. It's super convenient.

The hotel offers a free minibar stocked daily. i really liked the skybar at the top of the hotel. It had lovely views. the 24/7 self-service kiosk in the lobby offers snacks. You don't need to leave the hotel.

the hotel is close to the train station and tram stop , which was acceptable.
the room was cold even though i adjusted the air conditioning. the tv in my room didn't work at all. the restaurant downstairs closed quite early on two evenings , so i had limited dining options.

staff was polite. the hotel location was amazing for accessing main attractions through the tube. the gym on the 18th floor was perfect. it had cool equipment. it was clean and has nice views. the 19th floor bar and restaurant had lovely views to enjoy a drink.
